10. Account Deletion and Data Retention Policy

When your account is deleted, all personal information you provided to us (including your full name, email address, phone number, company name, password, and kettle dimensions) will be permanently deleted from our systems or masked in a way that no longer identifies you. However, to comply with legal obligations, internal audit requirements, system security, and performance analysis, pseudonymized or anonymized activity records and system logs may continue to be retained in our systems. These records will only be used for error tracking, security monitoring, and system improvement purposes, and will not be used for marketing, commercial, or user profiling purposes.

Activity records and system logs related to deleted accounts are retained solely to ensure system security, fulfill legal obligations, conduct internal audits, and support application development.
